Ruth Houck

Age 84, passed over on Monday, November 19, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Houck; grandchildren, Rebecca Trujillo-Bennett, husband Nolan, and Bryan Trujillo; great-grandchildren, Roman and Simone Bennett; and family friend, Linda Bishop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Houck; and children, Gwendolyn Jane Houck and Charles Michael Houck. Ruth was born in West Virginia and moved to New Mexico in 1952. She enjoyed being a homemaker and an active part of her grandchildren's lives. Ruth was a resident of the Village at Alameda where she had many wonderful friends and care takers. A private family service will take place. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Ruth was a lover of animals and should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Humane Society, 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
