Ruben Hendrickson, 58, beloved Husband, Father, and Son passed away on May 30, 2016. Ruben was born on August 3, 1957 in Weslaco, TX, to Eluid and Martha Hendrickson.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie Hendrickson; children, Lara, Adam and Erik; mother, Martha Hendrickson; and sister, Belinda Tostado.
Ruben found great satisfaction working for Albuquerque Public Schools as the Chief Operating Officer. He enjoyed brewing beer, hiking with his dogs, being with his family, cooking and spending time in the Sandias. He was a kind and patient person; admired and loved. How lucky we were to have someone that makes saying goodbye so hard.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 3, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ruben's name to the APS Education Foundation.
