Roxanne (Roxie) Healani Lovell Fonseca, 58, born on July 30, 1959, departed us to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 5, 2018. She was a devoted, loving wife, partner and best friend to Stan, proud husband of 38 plus years. She spent over 26 years supporting her husband, throughout his military career, while also working 37 plus years serving as a civil servant in the Federal Government. She was born in Wahiawa, Hawaii to Andrew Rueben and Mary Malia (Pilanui) Lovell. Roxanne was raised on the west side of Oahu with her three brothers, Andrew Lovell, Jr., Harry Lovell, and David Lovell, as well as her four sisters, Antoinette Kawewehi, Rosie Contado, Myrtle (Nana) Pitolo, and Barbara Lovell. Roxanne, a doting Auntie, is also survived by her brothers and sisters in laws as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was also known to many kids as Grandma or Gammy. Roxanne also had her “adopted” kids, Leipunaheleokalani (Puna), Tony, Keanu, and Maka’ala that she called her own, and they all knew and loved her as their “mom”. Her life was lived with honor, integrity and loyalty. Roxanne had a strong love for her family and friends. The memories that Roxanne has left behind will be forever cherished by all of the lives that she graced with her presence. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Westside.
