Rosemary (Rosie) Balcer

Rosemary (Rosie) Balcer, passed away peacefully on February15, 2014, in Albuquerque. She was born in Eau Claire, WI on July 8, 1919. Rosie is survived by her children, Floretta Mooney, Frank Mooney Jr., Janulee Shirvis, and Deanne Gilpin. Grandma Rosie was proud of her nine grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, her "Polish Prince", Stanislaus, who brought love and peace to her life. She was a master bargain shopper and had a wonderful sense of humor. Rosie loved to sing, dance, read, study the Bible, play bingo, and was known to be a playful flirt. Family and friends brought her joy and will miss her dearly. She enriched the lives of many, her smile would light up a room and her sense of humor kept everyone entertained. Rosemary will be placed to rest at Ft.
