Rosalie Ramirez

Rosalie T. Ramirez, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, during her incredible 78 years of life. She passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024.

She was predeceased by her parents, Donaciano and Frances Torrez and siblings. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Rafael Ramirez Jr.; four children: April Winters and her husband, Danny Winters; Melissa Gonzales and her husband, Roger Gonzales; Natalie Ramirez; and Rafael Ramirez III and his wife, Kimberly Ramirez. She leaves behind seventeen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Quintero. Rosalie leaves many other family members and dear friends, who will deeply miss her.

Rosalie was such a light in this sometimes dark world and she will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. Her love of life was evident in the way she lived. She never hesitated to turn any moment into a fun time filled with her sass and laughter. She touched the lives of so many people across multiple generations. During her time with us, she made a point to always help anyone with whatever she could, never second-guessing her decision. Anyone who knows Rosalie, knows that her family meant everything to her and in her eyes, each of you reading this was family or you wouldn't be here.

Ultimately, she was a child of God. Her mission and greatest accomplishment in life was to show everyone she met and knew, the love of her savior. She is missed more than words can say...until we meet again in the kingdom of heaven.

Celebration of Life service will take place Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Calvary Church Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE at 11:00 am, Pastor Antonio Aragon officiating. Fellowship reception with refreshments and pastries to follow.
