Ronnie England

Ronnie England passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was 56 years old. Ronnie was a loving husband, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his wife Min Cheng, mother Delma England, brother Charles England (Mary England), nephew Nicholas England, and grandnephew Elijah England. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Alfred England and maternal/paternal grandparents. He was a member of the Temoak Tribe of Western Shoshone and a descendant Cherokee.

Ronnie was born on October 28, 1967, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and spent his early years growing up in Stillwell, Oklahoma. He moved with his parents and brother to Albuquerque where he graduated from Manzano High School. He had worked in kitchens after graduating high school and attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Portland, Oregon where he graduated as Chef in Culinary Arts.

Ronnie was an avid hunter of big game, loved fishing, hiking, camping and leatherwork. He and his wife Min spent much time in the outdoors exploring New Mexico, Colorado and much of the West and enjoyed rockhounding. Ronnie was a passionate, thoughtful, caring being and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at French Funerals and Cremations located at 9300 Golf Course Road NW, on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 10 am.
