Ronald S. Smith

Ronald Smith, age 70, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019. Ron was born on Saturday, September 18, 1948 in Alexander City, AL to Bessie J. and Robert M. Smith, and is survived by his loving wife, Lori Bradburn of 15 years of a perfect love together; two daughters from a previous marriage, Casey Smith of Albuquerque, and granddaughter, Ayla Harris, and Renee Smith and grandson, Lorenzo, of Las Vegas, NV. Ron also has two brothers, James Smith of Russell Springs, KY, and Phillip Smith of Lompoc, CA.

Ron was preceded in death by a third daughter, Christina Smith of San Diego, CA.

Ron and his wife, Lori, operated their business in Albuquerque for many years with many loyal customers, many of whom became close friends.  Ron was highly respected by those who knew him as an honest and fair businessman, and was always a kind and generous person.  Ron will be greatly missed. Ron’s life was truly a blessing to all who knew him.

A Rosary will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019, 5:00 p.m., at FRENCH – Wyoming.

Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 21, 2019, 9:00 a.m., at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 Fourth St. NW, with a Reception to follow at Sadie’s of New Mexico, 6230 Fourth Street NW.
