Romie Trujillo

Born in San Marcial, NM on July 23, 1922, died on Saturday, June 14, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Delfino and Isabel Gonzales; her sister, Isadora Gomez; and her husband, Lorenzo Trujillo. She is survived by her brothers, Joaquin and Delfino Gonzales; sister, Domenica Sanchez; sisters-in-law, Romana and Odilia Gonzales; brother-in-law, Ralph Sanchez; daughter, Anna Archuleta; grandson, Gabriel Solomon; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Romie discovered at a young age that she enjoyed hunting for antiques, restoring and collecting them, and selling them. She was also an avid gardener, gone now to where the flowers always bloom and the birds always sing. We love you, mom, grandma, sis, cousin, and auntie. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Wednesday, June 25, 2014, 8:15 a.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. A Memorial Mass will follow at 9:00 a.m.
