Robert "Bob" Joseph Kitter

Bob Kitter, age 59, a resident of Albuquerque since 1968, died on Sunday, April 30, 2017 after a strong battle with bladder cancer.

Bob is survived by his parents, Mary Ann Kitter of NM and Richard Kitter of WA; sister, Karen Kepple; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; cousins; and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Kitter in 1972.  Bob was born in 1957 in San Diego, California and after moving to Albuquerque worked in several different salons.  He loved to visit the casino's.  Bob was very fun loving and outgoing, enjoying spending time with his family and many friends.  He was a beloved son, brother and friend, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Rosary will be recited Monday, May 8, 2017, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, May 9, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Road NE with a private interment to take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the American Cancer Society.
