Robert "Bob" Davis

Robert “Bob” Davis, aged 91, beloved father, grandfather and friend was called home by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

He passed peacefully in his home attended by his children. Bob was born in Taylorville, IL to Joseph and Alma Davis on July 9, 1929 and there met the love of his life Mary “Patty” O’Bryan whom he married on June 2, 1951. Bob and Patty began their married life in Denver, CO where they lived for ten years before making Albuquerque their home in 1962.

Bob worked in real estate development specializing in multi-family construction and was a partner in Cauwels and Davis Development Company. He was always happiest when he was building something or putting something together and making it work.

Bob is preceded in death by his loving wife Patty; his brother, Charles; and his sister, Emma. Bob is survived by his bother, William of Taylorville, IL; his children, Rick Davis and his wife, Carrie, Becky Davis, Randy Davis, and Robby Davis; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Private services celebrating Bob’s life will be held Friday, December 18, 2020, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may stream the service via the website at FrenchFunerals.com.
