Robert Todd "Bob" Wilden

Robert Todd "Bob" Wilden, 81, took his last flight October 6, 2015. He was born in Goshen, IN to Robert and Marie Holderman Wilden. Bob is survived by his wife of 24 years, Carol; son, Keith Wilden and wife, Heidi of El Paso, TX; daughter, Susan Wilden of Noblesville, IN; grandson, Robert Michael Wilden; brother, Thomas Wilden and wife, Vell of Belvidere, TN; sister, Suzanne Wilden of Albuquerque; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bob owned and operated Rio Grande Aero Services at Mid Valley Air Park. He loved working on and flying airplanes earning his pilots license at the age of 18. Mr. Wilden was a member of the Lobo Wing of the CAF, FOP Lodge # 1, Luscombe Assn & AOPA. He was an honorary member of the Young At Heart Choir. A Memorial Celebration will be Saturday, October 10, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Cremation has taken place. The family would like to express a special thanks to the Arvilla House and staff and Ambercare Hospice for the special care they gave him.
