Robert Sesma

Age 86, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 14, 2013. He is survived by his children, Rosetta Menapace and husband, Frank, Mike Sesma and wife, Susan, and Roberta Stevens and husband, Ben; grandchildren, Brian Menapace and husband, Guy Sears, Jenna Menapace, Michelle MacInnis and husband, David, Nate Stevens, Ashley Stevens, and Jonathan Stevens; great-grandchildren, Gianna Armentrout, Tahlia Armentrout, and Gavin MacInnis; sister, Dolores Betz and husband, Robert; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sesma and Betty Sesma. Mr. Sesma was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine E. Sesma. Bob attended St. Mary's High School and UNM. He served in the US Army and was a past Commander of American Legion Post 13. He served as President of Woodman of the World Lodge 1. Mr. Sesma managed New Mexico Cold Storage. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, October 31, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Therese of the Little Flower Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave. NW. Private interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project .
