Robert Lee Seely, 91, of Albuquerque, went home to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 26, 2016. He is survived by his children, Robert C. Seely, Michael Seely, Patricia Miller, Jane Palmer and husband, Charles, and Sandra Abarr and husband, Gregg; and many loving grand and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two wives, Ruth Jeanette Seely and Mary Louise Seely; infant son; and great-grandson, Cameron Patrick Meade.
Robert served our country proudly during World War II in the United States Navy, aboard the U.S.S. New Mexico amongst other ships as well. He was wounded in battle for which he earned a Purple Heart Medal. Robert was laid to rest privately at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. He will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends.
