Robert Spencer Hoog

Robert Spencer Hoog, age 87, passed away suddenly on April 25, 2021. Robert lived in Albuquerque, NM, for over 54 years and was a devoted Christian husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the U.S. Army immediately upon graduating from college. He later spent the majority of his life as an Insurance Agent where he met and kept many friends along the way. He also had a part time career as a master watchmaker. Robert was the President of the NM Watchmaker's Association multiple times. He also loved hot air ballooning and was a licensed pilot. He was well known and loved within his community.

Robert is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty, of 63 years. He is survived by his daughter, Connie Mitchie and husband David; his son, Steven Hoog; and his grandchildren, Chene' Eaton and husband Clinton; Grace Mitchie and Ava Mitchie.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque.
