Rilah Rooks

Rilah Rooks, age 12, was called to her eternal resting place on Sunday, December 1, 2019. She entered this world on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 in Vail, CO, born to Rochalle and Heather Rooks. Rilah was a sweet little girl who loved life, laughter, and sweets. Rilah loved to be around family, was compassionate, kind and giving. Rilah loved playing her recorder, making youtube videos, and writing in her journal. If you spent time in the presence of Rilah, you would be overwhelmed with joy, peace and happiness. Martin Luther King Jr. states, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that." Rilah was both light and love...both light and love.
