Richard Wade passed away on March 3, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was 66-years-old.
Richard is survived by his wife, Silvia Zarate Wade and their two children, Javier Zarate and Kathleen Leon; his first wife, Elaine Wade and their three children, Jennifer Wade, Gabriel Wade and Elizabeth Wade; and grandchildren, Gabriel, Noah, Emma Wade and Eli Leon.
He graduated from Guyman High School and went on to earn Bachelor of Science in Psychology at West Texas State University, an MBA at Pace University and a Doctorate in Juris Law at Detroit School of Law at Michigan State University, where he not only graduated Magna Cum Laude but held the high distinction of contributor to the Law Review at the Detroit School of Law.
Richard was a devoted and supportive father, often coaching and attending his son's baseball and football games as well as his daughters' horseback riding competitions. He was also a loving husband and grandfather, a selfless attorney, talented musician, loyal friend and lover of music.
