Richard Dean Kozel, 67, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, September 11, 2017. Richard was born on September 7, 1950 to Marvin and June Marion Kozel in Racine, WI. Richard is survived by his wife, Maria; his children, Angela Kozel Strozzo, and husband, Ben Strozzo, Erick Carlito Kozel, Nathaniel Felix June Kozel, Abrianna Perez, Taniesha Nelson, Makinzie Valdez, and Jeremy Mares; two grandchildren, Bella and Sophia; nephew, Richard; niece, Shelby; brothers, Thomas E. Kozel, Mark A. Kozel, and Mat Kozel; sister, Sandra J. Gillespie-Kozel; and numerous relatives, friends and all that knew and loved him. Richard loved his family, serving his country and riding his Harley.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas Chapel, following the visitation Richard will be given his "Last Run" on the ChoppHearse to Sunset Memorial Park where cremation will follow.
