Richard S. Jupp, age 86, a long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 9, 2015. He was born in Lakewood, OH and grew up in Wilmette and Winetka, IL. He was in the Coast Guard during the Korean War, being honorably discharged in 1953. During that time, he met his future wife, Priscilla, who he was married to for 60 years until her passing in 2012. Richard was a born salesman, selling everything from industrial dust collectors to specialized lab equipment to insurance to houses, until finally running his own business for thirty years selling handpainted ceramic tile. He is survived by his son, Robert and wife, Anita of Veguita, NM; his daughter, Elizabeth and her husband, David Moore of Silver Spring, MD; and son William, his wife Peggy, and their son, Jeff of Royal Palm Beach, FL. A Memorial Service will be held at FRENCH - Lomas on Thursday, August 13, 2015, 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to the Animal Humane Association (AHA), .
