Rev. Mr. David Francisco Garcia

Rev. Mr. David David Francisco Garcia, age 88, beloved husband and father, was called to God's loving embrace on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. He entered this world on Wednesday, December 30, 1931, in Holman, New Mexico, born to Onesimo and Beatrice (Olivas) Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 59 years, Teresa (Portillo) Garcia; his daughter, Sister Maria Serra Garcia, F.S.E.; and his son, Mark Abel Garcia and wife, Gail. David served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was also ordained a deacon of the Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, September 12, 1992.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at FRENCH - Wyoming. Rosary will be recited at 2:00 p.m. followed by Catholic Service. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Rosary and Service will be live streamed (link will be available below, day of service). A Private Burial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
