Retired CCM Paul Larsen

Retired CCM Paul Larsen, 62, passed from this world on February 1, 2018. Born October 23, 1955 in Audubon, IA, he was the younger of two children. Paul proudly served in the United States military for 36 years, serving in both the Navy as well as Command Chief in the New Mexico Air Guard. He was rewarded for his exemplary service, receiving numerous awards and metals for his valor and commitment while serving his country. In his free time, he also enjoyed spending time at the family lake house in Oklahoma, boating, water-skiing, and working on renovation projects.

Though his accomplishments were plentiful, Paul will be remembered most profoundly as a wonderful husband, son, brother, father, and grandfather. He is loved deeply and will be greatly missed by so many, including: his wife, Marcie; his parents, Lester and Grace Larsen; his brother, Steve Larsen and wife, Barb; his son, Tommy Boykin and soon-to-be wife, Emily, and his daughter, Cheryl; his grandchildren; as well as many members of the military community.

Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018, 10:00 a.m., at Mountainside Church, 12300 Indian School (on the SW corner of Indian School and Chelwood). Private Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
