Ray L. Hendrickson

Ray L. Hendrickson, age 85, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mabel; son, Roy; grandson, Robin; his sisters-in-law, Angie, and Jimmie Gonzales; brothers-in-law, Sam Soto, and Max Baca; nieces, Benita M. Alexandre, Joanna DeBrine, Christina Distad, Robin Ybarra, Karen Eichler, Amanda Skarsgad and Stacie Ortiz; nephews, Chris Gonzales, and Jonathan Soto; grandnephews, Trey Debrine, Joseph DeBrine, Caleb Eichler, Chris and Zach Ybarra, Keyan Soto, and Austin Skarsgard; grandnieces, Jordan DeBrine and Eliana Soto, and Shelby Skarsgard; and numerous other relatives and friends. Ray's warm and loving personality resulted in many friendships, including his longtime friendships with the golf ladies and others at Puerto Del Sol.

Ray's favorite past times included golf, making tamales, cooking Cajun food, and most of all, taking their annual Galveston vacation Labor Day weekend and returning with their year's supply of Shrimp, Red Snapper, and Lump Crab meat.

Rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. with a Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m., The Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11509 Indian School Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE in Albuquerque.
