Raonna Maxine "Rae" Spradling

Raonna, born Sept. 12, 1959, in Cortez, CO to Vernon Dolan and Mary Ellen Moon, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the age of 54. She is survived by her husband, Darrel J. Spradling, of Los Lunas, NM; step son Shane Spradling, his wife Gretchen, and grandson Jackson, of Huntsville, AL; step son Matthew Rodriguez, and his wife Meghan of Greeley, CO; mother Mary Ellen (Moon) Coffee of Montrose, CO; sister Roanna Griffin, and husband Granville of Alvin, TX; sister Adele Frangos, and husband William of Albuquerque, NM; brother Mauri E. Dolan of Montrose, CO; and 3 generations of nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends across the country. Raonna was preceded in death by daughter Danielle M. Dolan (Jan 4, 1998); father Vernon E. Dolan (Feb 16, 1961); and stepfather Earl M. Coffee (Dec 30, 1997). Raonna was "Mama Rae" to many over the years. She was the strength for those who were weak. She spoke boldly for those who could not find the courage. She loved with reckless abandonment, never assessing personal risk, or cost. It will be a different world without her. Services will be Sunday, June 29, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming Blvd. NE, officiated by Pastor Bradley Fickland. Honorary Pallbearers: Granville Griffin, Mauri E. Dolan, William Frangos, Terry Goins, Adam Frangos, Jason Simmons, and Jimmy Johnson.
