Ralph Robinson Spengeman, 78, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. The son of Alfred Henry & Marian Mae Robinson Spengeman was born on May 25, 1939 in Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by wife Katherine Jane Hollingsworth Meadows and ex-wife Norma Lou Maloney Cantrell. He is survived by sister Rae Jean Nelson of Freeland, WA, brother Kenneth Charles (KC) Spengeman and Pam of Greenville, SC son Todd Spengeman and Darla and grandchildren Trevor and Riley of Sugar Land, TX, daughter Laura Spengeman and Paula Plesha of Sacramento, CA, step-son Steve and Maria Meadows of El Paso, TX, step-son Mark Meadows of Yucca Valley, CA and step-daughter Julie Meadows of Albuquerque. Step-grandchildren Chelsea, Steve, Jenny, John, Daniel & Zack. Ralph was an active member of the construction industry of New Mexico. A fellow of the American Society of Professional Estimators and was honored as their National Estimator of the Year in 1993. Ralph adored classical music, especially opera, the Chicago Blackhawks, and his college fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Join the family in a come and go celebration of his life on Saturday, January 27, 2018  between 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Mykonos Café & Taverna, 5900 Eubank Blvd NE. Memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association in New Mexico, 5911 Jefferson Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 or the charity of your choice.
