Radie L. Kasik

Radie Kasik, age 96, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on May 7th, 2017. Born January 16, 1921, in New Jersey she moved to Denver when she was one year old and then moved to Albuquerque in 1973. Radie spent much of her career in accounting and as a sales associate for Dillard’s.  She retired from Dillard’s after 13 years of loyal Service in 1989.  She enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family. She is survived by her children, Jon and Diana Kasik; James and Dee Ann Kasik; Ann Miller and Ron Logan; her grandchildren, Eric and Heidi Kasik; Gareth and Paola Miller; Andrew Kasik and Shawn Kasik, two great grandchildren, Jack Kasik and Kate Kasik; as well as many cherished cousins.  She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be remembered as a sweet, kind friend to everyone.  A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 30, 2017, 10:00a.m. At Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 8600 Academy Rd NE, Albuquerque. Interment will be at the National cemetery in Santa Fe, NM next to her husband, Frank Joseph Kasik.  In lieu of flowers family requests donations to the American Heart Association, 2201 San Pedro Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or the Heights Cumberland Church Music department, 8600 Academy Road NE Albuquerque, NM 87111.
