Rachel Marie Morris

Our beloved daughter and sister, Rachel Marie Morris, passed away at age 20 on Monday, March 23, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Kerry Morris and Gloria Morris and her brothers, Andrew Morris and Eric Chambers and his wife, Charlene Chambers and their children, Eric, Josh, Ryan, and Katharine, and her nephew, Deejay Morris as well as her fiancAC., Michael Hensley and her best friend, Elizabeth Keller and many other good friends and family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Morris. She was a student at the University of New Mexico. Rachel enjoyed theater, music, and writing of all sorts including novels poems and songs. She struggled with illness over the past three years, losing her hearing in her right ear in 2012. She'll be missed greatly by her friends and family who loved her very much. Memorial Service will be Monday, March 30, 2015, 3:00 p.m. at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
