Presvytera Veatriky Neofotistos, age 85, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. She is survived by her children, Elaine and her husband David, Mary and her husband, Tom, Peter, and Justin; grandchildren, Nathan, Rachael, and Alexander; and brother, Steve and his wife, Kay. Presvytera Veatriky was preceded in death by her husband, The Reverend Doctor George and her parents, Stefanos and Mary. Presvyteria Veatriky was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who loved to cook and cherished spending time with her family. Her infectious smile and desire to help others was greatly admired by all who knew her. She instilled in her children that quiet strength and a positive attitude is important to handle life's challenges. Trisagion will be held Monday, October 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High St. SE.
