Peter E. Tomkiel

TOMKIEL, PETER E. Age 63, a resident of Albuquerque since 1990, died Monday, July 22, 2013. He is survived by his spouse, Kathleen of Albuquerque; children, Wendy Benes and husband, Chris of Peoria, AZ, Laura Anderson and husband, Larry of Albuquerque, and Christine Dulaney and husband, Mitch of Olathe, KS; grandchildren, Ellen, Ashley, Cole, Taylor, Peter, Wade and Brody; and step-father, Roger Thompson of Meriden, CT. Peter was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa; father, Edward; brother, Eddie; and granddaughter, Kaitlyn. Peter retired from the United States Air Force in 1990, serving his country proudly from Vietnam through the Persian Gulf. A family burial will take place at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM on Friday, August 16, 2013.
