CAVARERRO, PETER PAULAge 88, born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, and a recent resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 15, 2013. Uncle Petie served his country in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He retired from the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power after 45 years as Customer Service Manager. He is survived by sister, Annie Wheeler; nieces, Kacee Ramirez, Pat "Punky" Finnegan and husband, Hugh Burgess, Sharon "Tee-tee" Wheeler, Irene Donatoni and husband, Roger, and Susan Lubetich and husband, Andy; nephew, Kelly Wheeler and wife, Kris; and brother-in-law, Ken Wheeler; lifelong friend, Joe Soto; and numerous great-nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 21, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery Monday, June 24, 2013 at 11:15 a.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
