Perfecto "Peto" Zamora

February 17, 1945 — November 4, 2013

Perfecto "Peto" Zamora, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, joined our Lord, Monday, November 4, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Juanita B. Zamora; his sons, Anthony Zamora and Ronald P. Zamora; his daughter, Vicky Zamora; his sisters, Mary Maldonado and Rose Estrada; his brothers, Joe Zamora, Anastacio Zamora, his wife, Yvonne, and Frank Zamora. He also leaves behind grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other loving family members and friends. Mr. Zamora was preceded in death by his father, Perfecto M. Zamora; mother, Gumercinda Zamora; his brother, Alex G. Zamora; and sister, Felicita Marquez. During his life he was a servant to all and a man of all trades. He was an outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, being on the road, but most of all, he enjoyed life and bringing joy to others. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, November 7, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2005 North Plaza NW, Albuquerque, friends are invited to visit at 6:00 p.m.. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 8, 2013, 11:00 a.m., at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Cremation will follow and interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Should friends desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the San Felipe de Neri Building Fund or St. Mary's Assisted Living, 205 7th St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
