Paulita (Hernandez) Botello

Paulita (Hernandez) Botello, 81, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and Matriarch, was called to her eternal resting place on Thursday, December 3, 2015. She entered this world on January 7, 1934. Paulita was the daughter of Ramon and Juanita Hernandez. She was married to the late Cruz R. Botello, the father of her children, who is also deceased.
Paulita enjoyed making and blessing people with crosses. She was a prayer warrior and her passion was serving her Lord. She had a loving heart and had boldness about winning souls for Christ.
She is survived by her children, Juanita (Stephen) Llewellyn, Cruz (Rachel) Botello, Moses (Adela) Botello; grandchildren Veronica (Darrin) Saice, Jessica Giles, Julisa Giles, Peter Giles, Estrella Botello, Cruz E. Botello III, Isabella Botello, Elijah Botello, Gabriel Botello, Maravilla Botello, Analia Botello, and two great-grandchildren, Abel Garza and Adalynn Mosely. She is also survived by siblings Guadalupe Hernandez, Serafina Loredo, Vicente Hernandez and Domingo Hernandez - all of Ohio, and George Hernandez of Illinois and Carlos Hernandez of Florida. Preceding her in death were her siblings Raul Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Santos Hernandez, Maria Aurora Hernandez and an infant son, Jesse Botello.
A Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration Service at 7:00 p.m. at the Desert View Chapel at FRENCH - Rio Rancho. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at New Covenant Worship Center, 4504 Ace Way SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the New Covenant Worship Center.
