Paul Joseph Lach

Paul Lach, age 62, beloved Husband, was called to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. He entered this world on Sunday, December 23, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois, born to Paul and Laverna Lach. He is survived by his wife Melody Lach; sons, Simon and Trevor; sisters, Paula Wroda Lach, Toni Medrano and Lavergne Tongue. His brother Mark predeceased him.

Paul was born in Chicago and raised his family in the south suburbs. Paul learned his carpentry skills from his father at an early age and honed his skills to a level that was recognized by his customers for many years. He was also an excellent cook and took pride in providing for his family. Paul was always there to help family and friends with home repairs, car repairs or whatever else someone asked of him.

Albuquerque, New Mexico was his home for the last 2-1/2 years, where he immersed himself in the model car building community. During this time, his attention to detail translated to his award-winning model car building hobby. While in Albuquerque, he won several first, second and third place ribbons/awards from competitions and the New Mexico State Fair.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date, where we will celebrate Paul's life. He will be missed by family and friends.
