PAUL N. WEAVER III Paul Weaver, deeply loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, son and friend passed gracefully from this life to never-ending life on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the age of 57. Paul is survived by his wife of 30 years, Susann, whom he lovingly adored and playfully pursued to his last day; by two children who gave him unlimited joy, son, Sean Weaver, married to Meghan Navarro, and daughter, Lauren Garcia, married to Bradley Garcia; and by two cherished grandchildren, Camden "Bubba Doo" Weaver and Addisyn "Picky" Garcia. Paul is also survived by three sisters, Cathy McCorkle, Karen Goit and Cheryl Goehring; by his brother, Mark Weaver; by his parents, Paul Jr. and Shirley Weaver; and by many other family members and friends who will sorely miss Paul and what he added to their lives. Paul was the type of person who not only lit up a room with his dazzling smile, he lit up the lives of the people in the room by how he related to them. He was warm, engaging, welcoming, interested, and generous with all people. He was tender, devoted, thoughtful, playful, and unconditionally loving with those closest to him. He was a man of impeccable integrity through 35 years of business practice (banking and investments) in the Albuquerque area. He loved his community, was passionate about his mission to make it a better community, and expressed that mission by serving on numerous non-profit boards and for a variety of charitable causes. Paul was an extraordinarily gifted man; from his amazing sense of humor to his vocal and musical talent to his handyman skills to his keen business sense to his ability to lead worship music to his brilliant mind. Above all, Paul was a man of God; a man of strong faith and deep humility. He loved his church, NewLife Church, Rio Rancho, where he served as an Elder and Worship Leader. He took great joy in people engaging a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Many lives have been touched and inspired by how Paul was an advocate for the Lord who put Jesus Christ first and foremost in his life, every day of his life. A service celebrating Paul's life will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014, 10:00 a.m., at Sagebrush Community Church, 6440 Coors Blvd. N.W. Burial will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
