Patricia Ann Wolf, age 83, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 1, 2020, with her family by her side. She was born on Friday, August 21, 1936, in El Dorado, Kansas, to Harry and Juanita Hughes. She was a dedicated teacher and artist who touched many lives. In 1967, Pat made her first trip to Taos, New Mexico and fell in love with the area. She spent many years attending the Watercolor Workshop in Taos with her friends. After retiring, she moved to New Mexico, alternating her time between Taos and Albuquerque – enjoying the area she loved so much.
Pat was preceded in death by her father and mother, Harry and Juanita Hughes, and her older brother, Jackie. Surviving family includes: son, Bradley Wolf, and his wife, Norma, of Kansas City, Missouri; sister, Judy Christine Hobbs, of Maryville, Tennessee; nephew, Rev. David Simmons, and his wife, Micky, of Waukesha, Wisconsin; niece, Michelle Chenot, and her husband, Mark, of Knoxville, Tennessee; step-granddaughters, Savannah and Amanda Lacy, of Kansas City, Missouri; three great-nephews, Nelson Chenot, Jacob Chenot, and Brendan Simmons; and one great-niece, Brigid Simmons.
