Patricia E. Crosby

Patricia (Patti) E. Crosby was born in Clyde, Texas 10/13/1934 and died 01/07/2022 in Albuquerque, NM. Patti spent her youth barrel racing, dancing, and participating in the band as head majorette. She married Jimmie H. Smith when she was sixteen. They had three beautiful girls, Janet K. Smith, Deborah A. Smith and Susan L. Smith. They moved to Albuquerque, NM where Patti worked Jimmie through three PHD's. Patti worked at Fishbacks dance studio where she kept the books and taught dance. She put her girls into dance at the studio while she worked there.

Jimmie passed away. In 1975, she met Robert G. Crosby. There was an instant connection and she married Robert (Bob) on 11/18/1975. Pattie loved to dance, and she and Bob spent many years competing in dance. She also loved flowers and soon she started her own business called Pattie's Parties. She focused on planning weddings and making the flower arrangements. She taught Bob how to make the flower arrangements and together they spent many happy hours together talking and making flower arrangements.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Patti loved to serve and spent many hours doing service for others. She had many callings in the church, first working with the youth and her last calling was working with the adult women.

Robert Crosby and Deborah precede her in death. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Lindell, her husband Johnny Lindell, their children Jeremy Lindell and Brett Lindell, daughter Susan Crosby and her two children, Allen Diethrich and Lyndsea Diethrich.

Funeral services will be held at FRENCH-Wyoming, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, NM. There will be a viewing on January 21, 2022, at 10:00am and the service will follow at 11:00am. She will be buried next to her husband, Bob Crosby.
