Nellie Thompson Corter

Nellie Thompson Corter, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on December 23, 2018, while at home surrounded by family. Nellie was an avid English Teacher and competitive ballroom dancer who cared for everyone she knew. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lanny (Donna), Tommy (Sue), and Beth, along with her grandchildren, Yvonne, Jennifir (Brian), Wil (Jade's Widower), Tom (Amorette), and Cody (Ryan), and her great-grandchildren, Stone, Xavier, Wyatt and Cashel. The Celebration of Nellie's Life will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Her Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE following the service.
