Nellie Cordova

Nellie Cordova, 78, beloved Mother, Daughter, Spouse, Grandmother & Great Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on January 12, 2024. She entered this world on November 20, 1945 in Embudo, NM. She is preceded in death by her parents Narciso & Martha Sandoval, Grandparents Abel & Cleotilde Trujillo. She is survived by her spouse, Wilbert Cordova; son, Abel Romero & wife Corina; son, Raymond Romero; son, Karlo Romero; granddaughters, Yanesa Romero-Quaglia & Ston; Teresa Quijada; Francisca Diaz & friend Jacob Owen; Alma Diaz; great grandchildren; Milena Quijada-Montoya; Jayde Callaway; Kaiden Callaway; & Amara Grace Quaglia. Nellie has many other extended family members & friends that have had a great impact on her life, whom she cared for very much. Many blessings to all her family & friends that loved her, shared many special moments with her & made her feel cared for. Nellie would have liked to extend a very special thank you to her Doctor; Dr. Sanchez (NM Cancer Center) & all the staff at UNM Sandoval ICU unit, who provided exceptional care in her final days.
