Nancy Carole Cook

In loving memory of Nancy Carole Cook of Placitas, NM, born April 9th 1941, to Ward and Verna Johnson in Gallup, NM. Nancy went to be with the Lord on July 27th, 2015. She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend of 43 years Douglas Cook of Placitas, NM. She is remembered through her seven children; Debbie, Denise, Dennis & wife Sandy, Denette, Deneen, Daniel & wife Lisa and Dellana. And her nine cherished grandchildren, Sierra, Tristin, Rachel, Weston, Dashel, Reed, Chloe, Sophia, and Ella. She also leaves behind her three sisters Mary, Vernadine "Sis", Merle "Tootsie", her brother Lee, and in-laws Calvin Cook and wife Elaine, Gratis, Jerry and Sandy Cook. She will be missed by her many friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She touched many lives with her witty personality and she will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister in-law Suzette Cook, and her beloved English Bulldogs Dozer and Samson.
