Nadine M. "Dee Dee" Torres

Nadine M. Torres was born on December 7th, 1952 in Oceanside California to Emilio and Gertrude Torres. She and her family moved to ABQ, NM in 1960. Nadine graduated from Rio Grande High School.

Nadine worked for many years at the Kirkland AFB Commissary. Nadine loved traveling with her cousins, going to the casino, and telling jokes. Her kindness and generosity was felt by all who knew her.

Nadine is preceded in death by her parents Emilio and Gertrude Torres and her sister Dolores Torres.

She is survived by her brother, John Torres, his wife Anna; her brother, David Torres, his wife Johanna; her nephew Vincent Torres; and her niece Leaha Graham.

A Memorial Service will be held on July 27, 2024 at 10:00am; at Thomas Aquinas Newman Center, 1815 Las Lomas Rd. NE

The family would like to acknowledge Dr. Fahy and her team at the UNM Cancer Center for their care and excellent treatment of Nadine.
