Mona Kay Messer

Mona Kay, age 73, a resident of Belen, NM since 2006, died Tuesday, December 29, 2020. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Messer of Los Lunas, NM; her daughter-in-law, Beth Messer, of Winslow, AZ; her sister, Sharon Gray, of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Leila Carson and Husband Kyle of Winslow, AZ, Allen Messer of Flagstaff, AZ, David Messer and his wife Aurora, of Durango, CO, Gavin White, of Roswell, NM, Jaelynn White, of Los Lunas, NM; her four great grandchildren, Kaileya Carson, Kaydi Carson, Rodney Carson, and Rayden Carson of Winslow, AZ; and many other family members and friends. Mrs. Messer was preceded in death by her husband Don; her son, Donnie; and her parents, John and Alice Worley. She was a life-long Christian and had recently been attending Albuquerque Revival Church.

Her Celebration of Life Services will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Albuquerque Revival Church, 124 Texas Street.

Interment will take place in Capitan, NM on Friday, January 8, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Capitan Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Wes Robinson, Allen Messer, David Messer, Gavin White, Terrell Gray, Jon Brotz, and T. Ray McLaughlin.
