Mildred (Millie) Dalesandro

Mildred (Millie) Dalesandro, age 90, journeyed peacefully to meet her Lord on August 13, 2014. She was born in Chadron, Nebraska on May 30, 1924. She was a member of Hoffmantown Baptist Church. Her interests and hobbies over the years included bowling, dancing, playing bridge, participating in ESA sorority activities and traveling to Hawaii. In 1944, she married George Pogan. She was presently married to Del Dalesandro since 1975. She is survived by her loving husband, Del; and devoted children, including one son, Jerry Pogan (Renee) of Albuquerque and three daughters, Reva Parks of Salida, CO, Janis Wilson (Brian) of Littleton, CO, and Rhonda Reymann of Englewood, CO. Also surviving her are nine special grandchildren and 11 special great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Maud Byer; and her brother, Harlan Byer. Millie will be fondly remembered for her vibrant personality, beautiful red hair, and her ability to socialize anywhere and anytime. As per Millie's request, there are no services planned.
