Mildred Orlinda (Jaramillo) Archuleta
March 12, 1947 — August 19, 2017
Mildred Archuleta was the daughter, of Amarante Jaramillo and Eurcina Segura Espinoza. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Tony Espinoza. She was married to Tony Archuleta for 47 years, 7 months, and two days. She was preceded in death by her beloved and only child, Roman Archuleta.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Sabrina Archuleta and Gabriel Archuleta; two sisters, Betty Ortiz and Diana Jaramillo; and brother, Joe Jaramillo. Mildred taught school for the Albuquerque Public Schools, Questa ISD, and the Cibecue White Mountain Apache Schools as an elementary teacher. Mildred was best at addressing and understanding the underrepresented and the lower 25 percentile quartile. Mildred was special to her cousins, nephews, and nieces.
