Mike Guarneros

Mike Guarneros, age 90, of Albuquerque went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2015. He was born in LaJolla, CA and moved to New Mexico in 1970. He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II, aboard the "USS Gage." His love for his family and friends was foremost on his mind. He loved to golf and work in his garden and watch the San Diego Chargers. He is survived by his wife, Judy of Albuquerque; his daughter, Sherry Hawkes and husband Ken; his sons, Mike Guarneros and wife Kathy, Terry Swaim and wife Thresa, and Marlan Henderson and wife Amy; sister, Maggie and husband Dick; and sister-in-law, Gaylienne . He has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Mike had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
