Mike Goodson

Age 95, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, April 30, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Johnnie M. Goodson of Albuquerque, NM, son, Edison J. Goodson of McAlester, OK, daughter, Toni M. Montessi (Rinaldi) of Porter, OK, son, Michael Goodson (Ellen) of Albuquerque, NM, and son, Wesley Goodson (Michele) of Albuquerque, NM. He also leaves behind grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jacob Israel Goodson and mother, Virgie Daisy Seymore. Mike was a member of Alameda Baptist Church. Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Friends and family are invited to a visitation at FRENCH - University on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service in Oklahoma will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at Evans - Miller Funeral Home, 411 Dewey Ave, Poteau, OK, with burial to follow at Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK.
