Miguel A. Sanchez Contreras

Miguel Sanchez Contreras, 65, beloved Father and Son, was called to his eternal resting place on February 1, 2024. He entered this world on April 11, 1958 in Torreon, to Julio and Manuela Sanchez Contreras. He is survived by his daughters Sonia Contreras-Plath, Emilia Contreras, Camilla Contreras and his son, Miguel Contreras, and his grandchildren, Kobe Rayne Contreas Plath, Indiga Contreras, Sabbith Contreras, Zyan Contreras, Sapphire Contreras, as well as a large extended family. He loved music and fishing and working with his hands. He was the type of person who would risk everything to help others. He had a laugh and smile that could light up a room. He was a successful general contractor in not only Albuquerque NM but the surrounding areas, with 3 successful companies: Anasazi construction, Roypar construction, and Mac construction, building many popular business that we all know and love, such as Sadie's Mexican restaurant and Gardunos. So, the next time you stop to grab a bite remember him. He will be forever missed.
