Michelle Fuentes Gifford

Michelle Fuentes Gifford, 35, beloved Wife, Mother, Sister and Aunt, was called to her eternal resting place on Thursday December 24, 2015. She entered this world on May 22, 1980 in Albuquerque, NM, born to Julian and Gloria Fuentes. She is survived by her husband Eddie Gifford II; three children Eddie III, Alex and Brianna; two sisters and three brothers Sandra Deniston, twin sister Monica Gutierrez and husband Ray, Robert Fuentes, Will Fuentes and Randy Fuentes. Father-in-law Eddie Gifford Sr., Mother-in-law Angela Gifford, Sister-in-law Libby Trujillo and husband Chris Trujillo. Michelle is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, Cheyenne Taylor, Julian Gutierrez, Trinity Gutierrez, Haley Gutierrez, Savannah Gutierrez, Isaiah Fuentes, Ashley Escobar, Victoria Gifford, Evangelina Trujillo, and Michael Trujillo. Michelle is preceded in death by her beloved father and mother Julian Fuentes and Gloria Alvarez. Michelle battled Lupus for 9 years, during these trying times she was a loving and devoted mother to her three children. Before beginning her battle Michelle was involved with her children's activities where she was a cheer and dance coach for her daughter's teams and team mom for both her sons' football teams. Her children were her world and she would continue to do all she could even during her trying times. She will be greatly missed. Family would like to thank the Presbyterian staff for their support and compassion. Rosary will be recited 10:00 a.m. Thursday December 31, 2015 at St. Thomas Aquinas 1502 Sara Rd. SE Rio Rancho, NM followed by a Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at Gate of Heaven 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM.
