Maurice Keeker

MAURICE ERWIN KEEKER - Age 76, of Albuquerque, died on July 24, 2012. He was born on September 6, 1935 in Ames, Iowa. Maury graduated from Ames High School in 1953 and received a BS in Engineering at Iowa State University in 1958. He married his wife Ann in 1957 and they lived together in the Midwest before relocating to Albuquerque in 2001. He worked for General Growth Properties for many years and was responsible for construction of large shopping centers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Maury enjoyed working in his garden, playing bridge and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Ann; daughters Elizabeth Till of Los Lunas and Sarah Wyckoff of Colorado Springs; grandchildren Charles and Andrew Till; sister Pamela Burnell; nieces Kathy Fisher and Julie Pike. Maury was preceded in death by his parents Erwin and Arlene Keeker; granddaughter Emily Till; brother Gary; sister Sharon Sanders; nephew Christopher Sticken. No services are scheduled.
