Mary Seavey, beloved mother of Cathy Hauschildt and Brian Seavey, passed away Sunday evening, August 15, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert and grandson, Nephi. Mary, one of five daughters; Connie Feeny, Virginia Leet (deceased), Jean Rohlinger and Judie Moodie, was born in Oak Park, IL. After attending nursing school, she married Robert and they moved to Albuquerque, NM, where they raised their children and spent the rest of their lives. Mary was an active member of Annunciation Parish. Along with her late husband, Bob, Mary was an Engaged Encounter Sponsor where she inspired others to pursue a faithful life through her deep-rooted belief in and devotion to the Catholic faith. A fiercely honest and funny woman with a strong faith and mild manner, she was a friend for life and role model to us all. She will be greatly missed. Mary is survived by her children, their spouses; Bernd Hauschildt and Lisa Seavey, and their children; Stephanie and Erik Hauschildt, and Ammon, Ella, Lilly, Mosiah and Helaman Seavey Services are in Albuquerque and include a Rosary on Sunday, August 23, 2015, 3:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming and a Mass on Monday, August 24, 2015, 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Annunciation Church, 2621 Vermont NE St. NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Reception to follow.
