Mary T. Olsen, our feisty little Italian gal, was called home to entertain the Lord on October 28, 2015 at the age of 89.
Mary is survived by six sons, Stewart (Coral), Steve (Jovannah), Sterling, Stanton (Martha), Stacy Mark (Lyndon), and Stanley; as well as her brother, Dominic Welch and wife, Jeanette of Salt Lake City, UT; and many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Born Mary Guercio on November 18, 1925 in Columbia, UT to Vincenzo and Teresa (Guarascio) Guercio, she is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Josephine (Aunt Jo) and Emma Jean (Aunt Jimmy); her brother, Tony; as well as her fifth son, Stafford.
Mary's two favorite things were therapy (casino) and Mexican food at Padilla's. She touched the lives of many with her lovingness, generosity, and sincerity; and held her Catholic faith dear to her heart.
