Mary Lee Morrato

Age 86, passed away peacefully at home Sept. 5, 2013. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank. She is survived by her sister, Betty Ann and husband Bob Robles; and sister-in-law Donna Dwyer. Mary and Frank are also survived by their five children; Joe and wife Debbie, Anna, Kevin and wife Janice, Mitzie and husband Tim, and Laurie and husband Brad; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary always showed unconditional love and consistent strength to her family and friends in times of trial and adversity. Yet, her sense of humor and exuberance for life enriched the lives of everyone she touched. A devout Catholic all her life, she has gone home to be with her Lord. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family wishes to express its deep gratitude to all those who supported Mary and her family during her illness. A Memorial Rosary and Mass will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl. NE, at the intersection of Tennessee and Lomas NE. A private family interment will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, Mary's wish is donations be made to the Animal Humane Society of N.M., in her memory.
