Mary Louise Lewis

Lewis, Mary Louise went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 23, 2015 after her long battle with cancer. Mary was born in Kansas City, MO to Tony and Maria Vasquez. Mary is survived by her husband Gerald of 58 years, her four daughters; Cecilia Borrego, Anita Ruiz and husband Fernando, Marie Lewis and Deanna Garduno and husband Donald; 14 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, brother Tony Vasquez and sister Marie Vasquez, she will be greatly missed by numerous relatives, friends and all that knew and loved her. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, loved dancing and shopping. She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Josie Chavez; two brothers, Jessie and John Vasquez. A visitation will be held on Monday August 31, 2015 in the Dessert View Chapel of FRENCH Rio Rancho, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be on Tuesday September 1, 2015 at 10:00 am at The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe 417 Agua Fria St. Santa Fe, NM 87501. Interment to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gerald Garduno, Donald Garduno, Arthur A. Lopez, Arthur L. Lopez, Fernando Ruiz and Mike Alcaraz.
